Healthy vegan soy schnitzels recipe

Who said you can't enjoy a burger and stay healthy. Here's a recipe for healthy soy schnitzels that you can put inside your homemade hamburger or eat them any other way.

 


Ingredients 
•1 cup soy crumbles 
•2 cups water
•2 slices of whole wheat bread
•seasonings (salt, pepper and paprika)

Steps
  1. Bring water to boil and insert soy crumbles. Cover and remove from the stock and let soak for 10 minutes. Squeeze excess fluid.
  2. Add breadcrumbs and seasonings and mix it. 
  3. Using your hands form schnitzels from this mixture.
  4. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry soy schnitzels on both sides over medium heat until crispy and golden brown.
